Dear neighbour,
Like many people in our area, I have become very concerned about the way our health service is being run. New Labour's mismanagement of our NHS has led to hospital closures, cuts to key services, as well as cuts to training budgets and staff. This NHS survey (which only takes a few minutes!) gives you the oppurtunity to make your views and experiences heard, so that I can represent your views in Parliament.
