Dear constituent,
The congestion charge is part of Greater Manchester's bid for the Transport Innovation Fund. If succesful in its bid, the area will gain £1bn of government funds as well as borrowing a further £2bn to be paid off using the predicted revenue from the charge. We want to know what you think about it.
